Material :
It features durable carbon-steel construction, thickness 0.4mm, the bakeware reliably resists warping and heats evenly throughout, so there’s no hot spots to worry about, which can burn baked goods. The bakeware consistently delivers beautifully browned results and can be trusted with all your favorite recipes.
Noon east carbon steel Baking pans are Oven safe up to 220 °C and are fully compatible with standard & convection ovens.

Non-stick Coating :
The bakeware’s durable nonstick coating helps ensure quick, effortless food release—no need for excess butter, oil, or cooking spray. Delicious homemade baked goods slide out in one smooth move. For best results, the non-stick surface should be conditioned by wiping the interior of the pan with a light coating of butter or cooking oil.

Use Instructions :
Oven safe to 220 °C.
Before first use, hand-wash bakeware in warm water with mild dishwashing soap.
Due to bakeware's heat efficiency, we suggest monitoring oven temperature and baking time for the first few uses, then making adjustments to recipes as necessary.
Use only wood, silicone or plastic utensils to avoid scratching the surface.
Do not cut baked goods while they are in the pan.


Care Instructions :
To protect the nonstick coating, be sure to use nylon, wooden, or coated utensils, and avoid using metal utensils, scouring pads, or abrasive cleaners.
The nonstick bakeware cleans effortlessly, it is Dishwasher safe; however, we recommend hand-washing bakeware to maintain longevity over time.
Clean with hot water, soap and soft sponge.
